Balancing work, school, and health

Does anyone have any tips on how to balance work, school, and staying healthy? I work 40-60 hour weeks and I'm taking 15 credit hours in school. This leaves literally no time for working out 4 days of the week. Does anyone else have a problem like this? Or does anyone else have any good tips or tricks? Maybe some awesome home workouts? Feel free to add me! I'd love to share workouts, recipes, and tips. Thanks!

Yea, I completely understand your struggle. I own two businesses and have two children, all which consume my entire day if I let them. At one point I had lost over 100 lbs and ended up putting back on about 30 when I opened my second business because I just didn't think I had time.

What has worked best for me is just making it a point to be active SOMEHOW. No matter how busy you get, if your health doesn't come first, none of it matters. Even if you can only get in a 30 min jog or walk, or some calisthenics...it's all useful. And remember, while working out is a key part of the fitness journey, food is the most important. Some days it just may not be possible to get a workout in, but as long as you're eating clean and stay focused on your nutrition, you'll still make positive progress
