Hi, I've been lifting weights for the past 23 years, basically just to feel better about myself and live a healthy lifestyle. I've been using MFP for roughly 5 or 6 years on and off. Hoping to lose the 10 (or so) pounds of fat, but gain muscle at the same time. My goal weight is about 240. Sitting around 255 right now.
