To Game of Thrones fans and New Years Resolutioners!

The fourth round, "A Feast for Crows" fitness challenge, is starting on January 10th and is open to those who are interested in a fun and exciting way to maintain and achieve your achievement goals.

The Basics:
  • All participants must choose a House and sign up by January 9th
  • The challenge runs for 10 weeks
  • Each house completes various challenges every week, to include cardio, strength, and flex exercises, as well as other small challenges depending on what is happening in the Seven Kingdoms
  • This is a team-based challenge, so you will look to your teammates for support, advice, and motivation

Each house is limited to 20 participants, so sign up early!

    You should have access to the forum now. Find the house you want to join and announce your intent to join in the house thread. If there are openings in the house the leader will send you an invite to the private house thread. Good luck and have fun!

    Houses Stark, Targaryan and Tyrell are full up.
    Spots are dwindling fast in House Lannister.
    There are still plenty of spots left in Houses Baratheon, Greyjoy and Martell.
