New and looking to beat my food demons :)

Hello everyone :)
I'm a busy single mum, student and in part time work. I've gaine a lot weight since having my son and its left me feeling horrible about myself. I did lose a load of weight on a crash diet but it left me ill, miserable and battling with food demons I didn't even know existed!
So I've put all the weight back (as you would!) and now looking to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle rather than go on a diet
I'm using these first two days to log a normal days eating and then from Monday use the two previous days to make changes and start making better food choice. I'm also going to be starting to exercise regularly
