I'm wanting to start packing healthy lunches for work. Needing some ideas that are fairly easy.

Leftovers from the previous night's dinner is my favourite. Tomorrow, to try and cheer myself up about going back to work, I have pasta in pesto with meatballs and a heap of veg like peppers, onions and mushrooms. I like salads (mackerel, chicken, turkey sausages, or feta are great), soups, sandwiches, and microwaveable ready meals occasionally.

I'm all about the mason Jar salads. Make five Sunday night. The keys are minimal air space, dressing and sturdy veg on the bottom, and add nuts and seeds when you're ready to eat. I do this all the time during the semester. This blog got me started, but Google or Pinterest will give you ideas.
