I need help!!

Two years ago I lost 30lb on MyFitnessPal and I haven't put it back on. But I need to lose more.
In those two years I've been on the menopause and my doctor said it was no use trying to lose weight while I was in transition. But I'm at an age where people around me are starting to get serious conditions, and I want to be the healthiest version of me I can be. I've recently had a full set of blood tests done and there is nothing stopping me losing weight (or any reason for me to be overweight except my food intake and lack of exercise). I had a L4/L5 disc prolapse 5 years ago and have resulting nerve damage but I know how to modify exercises to suit, and don't push myself to run
I want to lose another 30lb and I need help. I need advice. I need people to encourage me to run and to exercise, once I get going I need to be supported. And I will support back.
I plan on cutting my carbs a little, upping my protein, cutting out sugar but not fruit, cutting out wheat for the first month, walking 10k steps every day (I have a fitbit) and running/walking on my treadmill 3 times a week for half an hour. I am also considering 30 day shred as this helped me last time. My diary is open and any comments welcome.
