I'm new here. I really would like to lose about 10 pounds. I just want to tone up & fit in my clothes better & just feel better about myself in general. I have a lot of medical issues, so I'm in pain daily & have pretty much no energy. So, I could real use some friends to get me motivated & encouraged to get started. And, any advice or tips on how to do it without hurting myself. I have severe scoliosis, bad bones, copd, etc., etc. But, I don't want to just sit around & waste away because of no energy & pain. I have 3 teens & a wonderful man that need me around. Thanks for any advice or friendships. Toni
