I'm here to finally get a six pack!

Hey everyone,
I'm sick of being less than my best! I've been using MFP for a little while now, but never got around to introducing myself. I was once a 185-pound college football player with a 6% BMI, but when I stopped playing, I started gaining weight. I went from 185 to 210, and I have fluctuated between 225-240 for the last few years. Then, I got fed up with being less than my best and decided to do something about it.
I have been making significant lifestyle changes to get it together. I've been eating better and doing a lot of cardio (insanity, P90X, cycling). Last month, I added weight-lifting to my regimen 3 times a week. I am so close to seeing hints of a six-pack, and I will not stop until I get it!
I'm 17 pounds away from my goal of 195.
This time, unlike any other, I'm committed, and enjoy being part of this community.
Let's get it!
