Metabolic effect vs T25 workouts

Hi, I need to lose approx 1 1/2 stone, I have T25 workouts (which is cardio) and I have metabolic effect workouts that you use weights with. Does anyone know which one would be the best to help lose weight with?
Thanks for any info anyone can give me.

    Whichever you enjoy.

    You just need a calorie deficit to lose weight

    Do both and and a calorie deficit :)

    Thanks I am planning on a calorie deficit, and I may try doing both. It is only as I have read that just doing cardio doesn't work, so maybe if I do some cardio and strength training, this may help! Thanks for your replies!

    T25 has resistance work as well as cardio

    I've lost the majority of my weight with T-25. It really started me on my fitness journey. The Alpha cycle is more cardio and the resistance comes in more with the Beta cycle. The key is the calorie deficit though. I went through Alpha-Gamma with T-25 and lost only a couple pounds and a few inches. Once I started counting those calories, I saw amazing results!

    The key is doing what you enjoy doing! I really enjoy the workouts so I've kept up with it. :)
