Metabolic effect vs T25 workouts

Hi, I need to lose approx 1 1/2 stone, I have T25 workouts (which is cardio) and I have metabolic effect workouts that you use weights with. Does anyone know which one would be the best to help lose weight with?

You just need a calorie deficit to lose weight0 -

Thanks I am planning on a calorie deficit, and I may try doing both. It is only as I have read that just doing cardio doesn't work, so maybe if I do some cardio and strength training, this may help! Thanks for your replies!0

T25 has resistance work as well as cardio0

I've lost the majority of my weight with T-25. It really started me on my fitness journey. The Alpha cycle is more cardio and the resistance comes in more with the Beta cycle. The key is the calorie deficit though. I went through Alpha-Gamma with T-25 and lost only a couple pounds and a few inches. Once I started counting those calories, I saw amazing results!
The key is doing what you enjoy doing! I really enjoy the workouts so I've kept up with it.0
