introducing myself

I've been saying for a long time I'm going to lose weight and get healthy. When I got pregnant with my first I was 140lbs and loved my body at its healthy weight but I gained 50 lbs and after having him I was stuck at 165 for years I decided 3 years ago to lose the weight and I made it to 150 then a lot of things happened in my life and I let it take me to an unhealthy path and I gained it all back up to 168 then when I was ready to make the change again I found myself pregnant again. Only gained 26lbs this time around. But after having him I weight 175 and stayed there his whole first year while breastfeeding my weight wouldn't go down. I stopped breastfeeding October 4th its been 90 days and I'm down 21 lbs and still going strong my family and I are eating healthy and I've found a love for exercise. I can wait to hit my goal of 140 again so I can feel good about my health andy kids can have a healthy example in their lives.
