I have problems with digestion and am looking for healthy recipes without the above added and they also need to be insoluble fibre free. So meaning no raw veggies and fruits with peels.

This might be a good list for looking at insoluble and soluble fiber. https://www.prebiotin.com/resources/fiber-content-of-foods/
the fiber aspect, I'm not sure of - wasn't sure what level of insoluble fiber you are trying to avoid, since most veggies and fruits have some levels, you know? Do you have a specific medical condition for this that it helps with? That might be helpful to look for ideas.
As for gluten, lactose, corn, and meat free -
If you can have any legumes, homemade french socca bread is a chickpea based flat bread that only has salt, chickpea flour, water, and oil. Makes a good pizza base, pretty mild taste. Injera is another flatbread, teff based - a fermented Ethiopian kind of tortilla that is very flexible and good to wrap around meats or lentil dishes.
For cooked veggies - roasting and then pureeing them is really useful to then add to broth to make soups or sauces, especially if one of the things you roast is an onion of some kind.
But again, I wasn't sure about the insoluble fiber issue.0 -
I think the only things left are chicken, pork, turkey, peeled fruits, nuts and water.0
