Hello I'm Tonya. I'm 51, I first started MFP in April of last yr. It's been a great keep track tool for me. Helps me keep track of everything I eat. But like most, the holidays weren't good to me or for me! I'm having to basically start all over again. I intend to stay with nearly no carbs. Mostly green, lean foods, very little fruit, lots of water. Start walking and doing some in home floor excercises. I'd like to see some better results soon. I need all the support I can get, and I can also be of support to anyone who is struggling like I am.
