Avoiding sugar for 21 days - seeking ideas to conquer this!

This is something that I would like to do. I am doing a 21 day program. Would like some alternative ideas to help keep me going, keep me full, and keep me energized. Eating more protein, vegetables, Brown rice, and quinoa to start but wondering about other ideas?

Are you just avoiding added sugar? What about fruit? Do you have a max sugars target?
Protein, fat, and fiber keep me full and I am energized by exercise.0
