I have been trying to lose weight since I started menopause and boy has it been a hard road. I lose motivation because the weight loss is so slow. Some times I find my self crying because it seems to be so hard. I weigh 168 pounds and I would like to get to 162 by Feb 3rd. I have made it a short term goal to lose 5 pounds then reset my goals once I have reached the first goal. Any advice

How long have you been trying? How accurate is your tracking? Do you use a food scale to weigh everything?0
