I don't work out on the weekends. Do I still have to eat my daily calories give? Or do I need to cut back?

Why would you not eat them???
MFP works your deficit out for you in that calorie goal. You should always aim to meet it.0 -
Your goal is set without exercise included, so yes you should be eating them0

Ok then.... Thanks for your quick response!0

On the days you do exercise you should be eating some of the calories expended back.
MFP doesn't account for exercise, just general daily activity.
Log your exercise and eat back 50-75% back ( MFP tends to over exaggerate the calories burnt).
If you are not losing at the rate MFP has you set to, adjust the amount you eat back after a month or so observation.
