2016 Bulk!

Hi Guys,
I'm back on a bulk after having 20weeks out with injury. I started towards the end of December and so far am really enjoying my training and my nutrition. (Trying to keep it a clean bulk as I've been down the road of dirty bulking and regretted it!)
I'm currently 68kg and am bulking on around 3100cals. I train 5 times a week and use Saturday as a day to work on accessory muscles or lagging body parts.
I'll more than likely bulk until June/July and then cut in August hopefully.
Looking for any followers on a similar journey!

Hey man I would suggest looking at newvisionbody.com I get my prepped foods from there and they have different types of food plans based off of what you're wanting to accomplish ...I'm doing a clean bulk right now as well0
