Hi, I'm Crystal just starting out on a new WOE. I'm needing to make new friends that will keep me accountable for my actions. Eating actions that is. I'm 38 and going to be a grandma soon. I gotta get back into shape for that little one coming. Anyway, just wanted to stop and say hi, so HI!!!
