Hello MFP Community!
I have used the app for a long time, and recently subscribed to get the advanced features. I am loving it! Currently in a clean bulking phase, looking to get down to around 10% BF sitting at 18% ish. This is my first time to Bulk before Shred, I understand it takes time, and you cannot just use scales alone. Still can be frustrating. I was almost 300 lbs 5 years ago. I am at 264 now, it's heavier than I like to be at this BF%, looking to add muscle and shed some fat along the way. Strength training using Gethins 84 muscle builder and will finish that up with his 4w2s program at www.kagedmuscle.com - in short good to be here. I was amazed at all the support people give, even volunteer moderators! That's cool! I haven't read through everything, but I have one problem, I have never been able to get to 8% BF. I don't know if I am just not cutting enough or what. Anyone out there have some tips to get extra lean? When I get around 10% it gets REALLY HARD for me to drop below that number. I have heard that you have to deploy tricks and be super spot on to get under that mark. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
