So I went to the store to get my groceries for the week. I meal planned, got great snacks and lunches all set. Been working all day so not too into earing dinner since I had a big lunch (Chipotle! ) I downloaded the MFP app and all pumped... then the hubby comes home with these giant ice cream sandwiches that have cookies as the sandwich part.. I ate the whole thing... healthy starts tomorrow?? >. <

Find the nutrition facts for the specific brand of ice cream sandwich that you ate, and log it in MFP. Did you eat fewer calories than you used today? If so, then who cares that you ate an ice cream sandwich. The only thing that matters for weight loss is consuming fewer calories than you use. You lost weight.

Been there, done that! If and when that happens, I don't even stress. I consider that dinner, like you said, then exercise and drink a ton of water and eat super healthy the next day. Or at least healthy for the most part. :D Don't give up! Like all the other annoying people say, "it's not a sprint, it's a marathon". It's all about balance!

Done that myself. I love being an adult, where I get to have ice cream for dinner if I want!

I had ice cream for part of my breakfast on New Year's Day. All natural ingredients and nothing "unhealthy" about it. I logged it and was down 2 pounds for the week.
