What would be the TRX equivalents of the 5 strong lifts? A few are easy, but a few have me stumped:
row=TRX row
bench press=TRX chest press
squat= TRX squat
deadlift = TRX ___ (I know the TRX one legged deadlift, but how do you get the resistance up?)
OHP =TRX Y-fly?
Thanks for your thoughts!

Instead of using the trx you could do it with a kettlebell. I like the trx system, but branching out to other forms of resistance training will help build a well rounded approach. Using a single method approach can leave gaps as you see with the deadlift. Also, the y-fly is not the same as OHP. There is a shoulder press, but the torque on the shoulder doing it is significantly higher than doing OHP with dumbbells or a barbell.
You can do a trx deadlift, it's like a single leg stiff leg deadlift. There is no way to add resistance except to add weight.0
