Of all thing that I changed when I came here I think eating healthy had the biggest change for me. Don't get me wrong, the exercise, portion control really helped but the way I eat is so different now. Almost no processed food, lowered intake of breads and potatoes and increased fish, lean meat & veggies. One day my wife left the produce stand and then stopped by the store. The checkout girl said "you eat really healthy" looking over the cart. It was all produce, she had no idea there were three more bags outside already bought. I now go into Costco or Sam's and stare in disbelief as people load up on pre-made processed junk. Cholesterol went down 50 points and heartburn stopped.0
