Starting today and need motivation with this.

Hi all,
I am totally new to this app and fitness in general.
I'm a stay at home mum of one and can not get to gym but will be working out from home and will be starting jogging ! Eeeek
Any support would be great especially those who are in my situation with kids and trying to workout and eat healthy. Thanks

    Hi! I'm also a stay at home Mum of one! My little boy turned 2 on Christmas day! How old is your little one? He was born 12 weeks early in 2013 because I had pre eclampsia. I'm hoping to get pregnant later this year again but it's important I lose weight to reduce me becoming ill and having another early baby. I want to lose about 2 stone. I have gym membership, but only manage to go around 2-3 times a week, and I prefer swimming to gymming.
