I am on a mission to find easy, high protein vegan breakfasts and just had to share my latest concoction

1/2 banana and 1 tablespoon whole peanut butter wrapped in a warm sprouted grain tortilla (I like Maria and Ricardo -they have 6g protein which is the highest I can find and they are not too earthy).

10g protein and 250 calories! And delicious!!

Sounds good, but 10g of protein for 250 calories is not 'high protein'.

Thanks for the feedback. I am having trouble meeting basic protein recs as a vegan and also may not fully understand the technical definition of "High protein". 10/250 seemed high to me. Sorry for the mistake!

Sounds good! Do you do tofu? I love a tofu scramble in a wrap. (Not vegan, but I love tofu!)

I love tofu, but rarely have it for breakfast only because it takes prep time. I am trying to find things that I can literally throw together in 1-2 minutes on my way out the door! It might be possible to prep it in advance. Do you pan fry the scramble?
