It's that time of year again! I want to loose MORE weight. I did good and lost the first 30 ad back slid a little (only 5 pounds) I'm looking to loose another 20-30. What I really need is someone to help this stay at home mom of 4 stay on track. Just a friend to send a message every now and then to remind me to put down the coffee and drink my water or to remind me to get up and move more.

    SMACK! Put down the coffee, drink your water, run up and down the stairs, and don't even THINK about touching that leftover birthday cake in the fridge!
