For anyone who might have the new T25 program - not a coach or working with a coach, there's a group of us starting on July 15! We are pumped!

    Yeppp! I did Insanity! It was a love/hate relationship! :) HA!

    I did the Focus Cardio today... ahhh-mazing!!!

    Awesome!!! How do you like it? It's amazing how the first month I was thinking "This is so tough..." and THEN month 2 came... haha!

    Anyone else order the T25 workout?

    2 things I just thought of that might help you:

    1) The cooldown is after the workout (you know... like they always are.. haha..) -- but I mean like it doesn't seem like there is going to be one... you just have to wait for it to come on!

    2) Modifying is awesome because it keeps you still moving... and they include a modifier in this one which is saaa-weet!
