Hello to you!
I am starting January 2016 almost 70 pounds lighter than January 2015. I have about 50 to go. I have signed up for 'yoga in daily life' classes for the next three months. I will have yoga class twice each week. I have an elliptical at home, and a gym membership. I am walking a 5k (Hot Chocolate) on the 24th with my daughter and a friend.
As for eating, I am keeping the calories under 1000 each day. I have at least one protein drink each day, and take multivitamins. I also have blood pressure medication (maybe I can get rid of that at some point
