returning back. Does anyone know what the percentage of aerobic vs strength training exercises should be? Does anyone have a really good stretching exercise to increase flexibility of the spine?

There is no ideal percentage. The ideal percentage would be what works best for you. What keeps you on track and what you will stick to.0

As a matter of health, it is recommended to take in 150 minutes of aerobic activity per week and 2-3x per week of doing some resistance training.
Beyond that, more specific fitness goals would dictate. I typically spend a lot more time on my cardiovascular/aerobic fitness because I'm a cyclist and the only way to become a better cyclist is to spend a lot of time in the saddle. I lift for my general health and welfare and my programming is structured to accommodate my cycling.0
