A different way of looking at weight loss.

I have decided to change my mindset on how I view weight loss. In the past, I have been so focused on the end result, I have forgotten about the journey to get to it. I let, what I felt as defeat (gaining instead of losing) to rule future outcomes (ex: I blew it today, who cares, I can start again tomorrow, repeat .. )

Really think about this:

I am in hopes to befriend others that want to take this journey with me of having an open mindset to ideas and seeing any challenges we face as an opportunity to learn rather than seeing it as a failure.
