Hi, I am hoping for friends on MFP who also are focused on getting the right amount of macros and micros, if you lift too that's a plus!
I've gone from a 22 to a tight 16 and would like to get back to a 10 or 12 depending on how pleased I am with my physique. I also do steady state cardio, MMA classes twice a week and practice Yoga at home.
