Jawbone Up2 not connecting or syncing with MFP - Clueless!

I know most everyone is using Fitbit. I tried it and gave it to my daughter. I prefer and am using the newest Jawbone Up2 (not 24). (I always did march to the beat of a different drummer. When I try connecting from Up2, it takes me as far as sign-in and then acts as though that info is wrong. Connecting thru Facebook also doesn't work. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Which sign in is having a problem (mfp or Up)?I have had a JawboneUp3 for 3 weeks and I haven't had an issue.Customer service for Jawbone is very supportive.

    @ForeverSunshine09 The UP2 is not connecting with MyFitness. I will try their customer support. Thanks for your input!
