Hi, I'm new to the forums, I've been to the Dr today and he has recommended joining some online communities so here I am!
I need to lose about 8 stone (according to bmi) but aiming for 4 to start.
I'm in the UK. Not really sure howitzer forums work but hopefully I'll her the hang of it. X
