I've been working out at Cross Fit, when trying to add to my fitness plan I can't find the program. When I list each of the exercises, I'm not getting any credit. I worked out for a full hour and only earned calories for the 10 minute warm-up. What am I doing wrong? How do you earn credit for pull-ups, sit-ups, lifting weights?
