Brand New here and in search of Accountability

Hey guys! So I just joined (like 30 minutes ago), and want to really stay on track with this. My roommate told me I started snoring, so I decided I need to finally get off my tush and do something about it. Please add me as a friend if you want to be accountability for me, or want accountability for yourself, or both! Let's conquer these goals together, MFP community.

Current: 194
Goal: 145-150ish
Things that keep me anchored: My faith and my Bible
Things I love: Fishing, kayaking, being outside
Current occupation: 4th year college student

    And the best accountability you can find is self accountability. Set realistic weight loss goals, learn about proper nutrition (mostly on a macronutrient level) and calorie intake, and find a sustainable approach for yourself and your success rate increases exponentially.
