needing to lose 50+

I really need motivation. My goal is to lose a minimum of 50 pounds. But I'm not quitting everything cold turkey either.. I'm addicted to caffeine, so if I cut back slowly like a soda every other day and keep cutting back more until it's cut completely. Also, eating fast food or dining out. I'm cutting to twice a week. Sometimes once a week.. But I need motivation to not give up and eat nothing but junk.. :( I never ever drink water. This is day 3 of sticking to drinking a ton of water!! That is progress!! Slowly but surely!!! Add me please!! My diary is open.
