I work 5hrs a day 5 days a week in a UPS warehouse. I'm on my feet for the entire shift pivoting, stepping, and lifting boxes up to 70lbs. The average weight is between 25 & 35 lbs. Which activity level should I choose?

I work 6 hours a day and walk around a lot, and I chose moderate activity level. My results with mfp over a couple of years seem to show that is accurate. So if I were you I'd choose high activity level, and see if your weight changes match mfp predictions for you over time.0

Pick one, track your progress for a few weeks, then adjust calories as needed. All the multipliers are just a ballpark guess and results will vary.0

Thank you both for your help. I just moved and still need to get a scale0
