This is my story ,might not relate to yours. In October I had meniscus surgery , the second surgery on left knee from a torn ACL. I didn't start rehabbing till about December and said *kitten* it and decided to squat everyday. From December 1 - January 1 no matter what was on the workout that day I started out with squatting. My muscles overtime got use to the frequency in squats and started getting use to the volume. With my higher, lower rep days it's sort of a powerbuilding leg routine. Maxed my first day on December 1 at 370lbs and on January first maxed out at 425lbs. Not saying I gained a full 55lbs, but with the frequency, volume and the mindset, it has helped me with my form. If you want to get better at squats , start squatting everyday for 30 days!!
