If you suck at squatting this is perfect for you. I started squatting everyday beginning on December 1- January 1. I utilized back squats, pause squats, front squats, front pause squats, wide squats and narrow squats. No matter what the workout was for that day, I started out with squats. My squat number sky rocketed . Try it out. Not for beginners, maybe for more advanced to experienced lifters
