joined sometime ago but never really followed through. But as i got older my health has become an issue and now I am more determined than ever to see this through

    Hi. I've been here for over 3 years and have remained relatively committed to logging. I slipped a bit within the last 6 or so months and the scale reflected it. However, I keep coming back ~ I will not give up on me! Good luck to you (and to me)! :smile:

    I joined a while ago as well. On and off the wagon. I am an ICU nurse and I recently cared for a man who nearly died not from the illness that brought him to the hospital but from the respiratory complications that came with it and from his obesity. Had to have some heart to heart talks with this man and his wife which was hard to do as my BMI is 36. A real eye opener for all three of us. Good luck to all of us.
