If you take a protein fruit smoothie recipe and replace the dairy with rum and ice, does that make it a healthy daiquiri?

I cannot imagine ever combining whey protein with any alcohol. Oh dear lord, no.
But... you could combine low-sodium V8 with vodka. How's that?0 -
I use brown rice based protein powder due to my lactose intolerance. Has a nice nutty flavor.
Maybe I'll run a little experiment tonight.[fiendish giggles] (Is it OK for fiends to giggle?)
