Fruity tofu smoothie ( lactose free)

Sounds yummy! I juice carrots, apples, celery, ginger, and citrus every two days (2 quarts) for family, and because I get lazy, I mix my juice in a jar with hemp protein and flax meal, shake & drink. On other days it's Vita-Mix time with frozen bananas & whatever else sounds good. Some days there's just nothing I like better than a healthy "milkshake".

Gladly, for me it is easy since I work as a cook.
If you need anything in particular which is gluten or lactose free I can help. Of course, normal recipes also.

Yeah, I know what you mean...sometimes I am also like that, however, freshly pressed juice or bio pure juice is healthier than the normal fruit juice at the supermarket. Yet, there are times when there is only the option of normal fruit juice like the multivitamin juice XD

I am wanting to put smoothies/protein shakes in my diet, particularly for breakfast. These are great ideas! I want a Ninja but for right now have my regular 7 speed blender. Love these recipes and will experiment til I find a few I like!!
