Walking and eating

I'm trying to do more of the first and less of the second.
I've realised I like routine but that I'm easily knocked off good routines and into bad ones and suddenly it's 2 months later and I'm another 5lbs heavier.
I'm currently on a good routine - walking about 2 miles a day, and not eating sugar (a gateway food for me).
I'd love supportive friends who are trying to move more and eat more sensibly and are happy to share and smile while doing it. (mostly because I'm a miserable git without sugar and I need happy people to keep from the darkness inside)
