Hey guys so im going to the docs this week to get a check up and weight bloods ect blah blah what else should i no bmi fat percentage ect ???

    A general CBC screen for blood if you're healthy with no history of issues or no clinical concerns. Defeinitely ask for your BMI bit you can also do that at home. If your doctor has a skin caliper or other device to measure body fat, go for it!

    Most drs can't measure body fat percentage but ask to make sure
