Hi everyone,
I would love to connect with a few dedicated MFP friends who will check on me daily
I'd be very happy to return the favour of course!
Basically I would like some friends to hold my *kitten* to the fire if they see me starting to slip!

- message me if I don't complete my food diary under my allowance
- message me if they see my weight creeping up or stagnating
- message me if they need any help or encouragement!
I'd be very happy to return the favour of course!

I'd love to join your group. I'm into MFP for 150 days now and it seems that I now only have a couple of friends that ever like or post. It's hard to cheer on others and not get it back. I've always been very active and I wear a tracker/heart monitor which I love but Polar always logs that I'm jogging/running. I do burn a lot of calories but I'm wondering if this is a turn off to my friends. I absolutely love working out, my weakness is my diet. I've managed to clean it up but really got side tracked over the holiday. Looking forward to new friends.0
