How do I view/edit past meals?

I didn't finish entering one item from yesterday, I want to go back and edit yesterday's meals, how do I do that?

Also, I would like for my girlfriend/health coach to be able to see my past meals, how can I do that?

When you are viewing your Food Diary, tap/click the left or right arrow to move to different days; or click on the calendar (Web version) or tap on Today (mobile version) to choose a specific day.
