Physique 57 July 2013 challenge

Anyone wanna try this challenge with me? - you can rent the workouts online or order the DVDs. http://www.physique57.com/blog.asp. I've tried out a few of the 30 minute workouts and I am very impressed - there is visible improvement in the size of my gut after only 3 times!

    Hi, I just ordered the 1st volume of the physique 57 DVD's. I'm really excited to get started. Do you like the DVD's? How is it going for you?
