Hi I am trying to lose at least lose weight. I have a good 60 lbs. that I need to lose. Looking for any help or tips that have or is working for you. Thank you.

Logging my food is key for me. When I see it on the screen then I know exactly how I am doing. I took a long break from logging and completely lost sight of how many calories were in certain food. Now I that have been logging again, I am making better choices and thinking ahead.
