Hello! My names Amanda. I'm looking for some friends for support and motivation! I will do my best to return the favour!

I'm 24 years old and looking to shed the 25 pounds I've gained in the last year and a half. I am currently 175 and just want to get back to my happy fit self at 145-150 pounds.

I had a knee injury a year and a half ago. (I got thrown from my horse and dragged) that was a long recovery period and I wasn't able to be as active I was before. And so here I am ready to get back at it! Looking for some accountability buddies! Shoot me a friend request and we can keep each other in check! :)

    I have a similar story. A year ago I broke my leg and gained 20 pounds. Before I broke my leg I was working out 3x a week trying to loose 20 pounds. So a year after I broke my leg I weighed in at 246 (the heaviest I've ever been, at least I'm 6'3" tall) so far I've lost 4 pounds, I would like to weigh 205.

    Newly diagnosed diabetic trying to ween of insulin and get back into shape have at least 25 pounds...any support is welcome

    I'm guessing you're type 2 & with a clean diet you can reverse this
