Jumping jacks to lose weight?

Okay, so i've gotten my diet in check. I eat a sensible amount of calories (with about a 500 cal deficit to lose around 1 lb per week) and I eat very healthy! cut out soda, processed foods, refined sugars, white bread, etc..
so now i'm wondering, could jumping jacks possibly suffice for my daily exercise? Let's say I do 25 minutes of jumping jacks per day. Not consecutively, of course. I can usually do 2-3 minutes straight of jumping jacks. So, about 8-10 times per day I'll set aside a few minutes to do some jumping jacks! (not leisurely ones though - pretty intense, nonstop! I do break a sweat!!)
i've been told you can burn up to 10 calories a minute. of course that varies depending on your weight, but do you think it's feasible to burn around 200 calories for 25 minutes of jumping jacks?
i know some people burn many more calories doing other exercises, but I'm really only focused on my diet, though I do want to get some form of activity everyday. And if I can just burn 150-200 cals a day i'll be satisfied

I love jumping jacks, but I would never do them as my sole exercise. If you like calisthenics, look into creating a more varied routine.0

Do them in the water, it's a better workout! Seriously, anything in the water is better.0
