Apps are Syncing but no cal adjustment - help?

Hi
I have synced mfp with body media and earndit.
They say sync but in my bmf diary the calorie adjustment is 1 calorie and doesn't reflect my cal burned from yesterday.
Also how do I get the data to show in the other app too ?
