    Agree with the previous posters. Squats (below parallel to engage glutes and hamstrings), lunges, hip thrusts, glute bridges and deadlifts. Use heavy weights for maximum results. I would also recommend training legs twice a week. I've done this in my training program and it has definitely helped!
